According to E! News, court documents filed by Monica cites “irreconcilable differences” as the reason behind their separation. The date of separation has not been noted in the papers.
The alum and orthopedic surgeon married in 2005, and they share a daughter, Molly, 12, together. The actress also has two adult sons, 24-year-old Liam and 28-year-old Daniel, with her former husband Tom Potter, whom she was married to from 1990 to 1998.
